💥 All WODs will be posted in the coming weeks. For now, we’ll leave you will the division standards so you know how to register your team —
💪 Movement Standards to help you pick a division:
- RX requirements - you should be able to complete high rep gymnastics, handstand push ups, squat with no limitations, run over 200 meters, clean and jerk 185/125, sn**ch 185/125, and front squat 225/155. *Highly recommended, but not required in order to compete.*
- Scaled standards (if you can easily do these movements, push yourself in RX) - wall walks, kipping pull ups, squat with no limitations, run over 200 meters, clean and jerk 135/95, sn**ch 135/95, and front squat 135/95. *Highly recommended, but not required to compete.*
