New to wrestling or just curious about the sport? Join the JCWC for free wrestling fundamentals tomorrow from 6:00–7:00 PM at Junction City High School — no sign-up, no commitment, and no cost!

These sessions are open to boys and girls who want to try wrestling in a fun, low-pressure environment. It’s a great chance for first-timers and young athletes to learn the basics and build confidence on the mat!

Where to Go:
Enter on the north side of the high school through Door 36 (look for the school district white vans).

What to Wear:
T-shirt and athletic shorts (no buttons or zippers). Wrestling shoes and headgear are not required — socks are just fine!

Cost: Absolutely FREE

This is a great opportunity to build athletic skills, improve performance, and stay moving during the summer months.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
