Hello and Happy New Year!

So this is the final post from me for a long while. And your update for this page.

I moved to North Carolina hopefully for the remainder of my days. That being said, I'll be leaving this page up. It can be a good place for LARPers in central Kansas to meet up. And if anyone from Dagorhir wants to take over the page and practices in the location, feel free to comment, make a post or message the page.

I recommend Forged Foam for your weapons needs! Weapons are affordable and durable, 90% of my arsenal is from them.

If you want a good group of fighters, head over to Kansas City on Sundays to fight with Dominion of the Unconquered Sun. They're a big group of good fighters and are really nice.

There's also a LARP group in Manhattan called Manhattan Area LARP. It's not the same as Dagorhir but it can be very fun.

Last things I'll plug are a few nerd-out places that I enjoy.
The Village Geek - Manhattan in Manhattan is a nice game store.
Goblin Games is also a very good game store.
ReRoll Tavern in Kansas City is amazing and you should definitely check it out.

With the conclusion of yesterday's final practice, before I make the future of this page post. I want to thank everyone who came out and supported this LARP in Kansas.

It's been an interesting couple of years. With covid and rotation, it was hard to get out. But for those who did, thank you and I look forward to fighting with you again someday.

Practice is at Heritage Park in Junction City from 2pm to 3pm.

Some news to update your Central Kansas Dagorhir.

I (Bluestar) will be heading back east at the end of December, permanently. With that, I have bad news and good news.

Bad news is, I will be taking all my weapons and gear with me so I won't be able to run regular practices anymore.

Good news, I still have 2 regular scheduled practices. The next will be Sunday, December 5. Then the last will be Sunday, December 19. These both will be at 2pm at Heritage Park in Junction city.

I will make another post after the second practice. It'll contain information on how you can still participate and get your LARP needs met while in Kansas.

I will be leaving this page up and if there is anyone willing to take over the page and keep it running after I leave, please DM.

Last Sunday we got a good 30-45 minutes of sparring in. That was great.

Typically I've been doing every other Sunday, but we'll switch it up this week. Sunday the 21st, we'll be at Heritage Park at 2pm again. Come on out and swing foam!

Good evening fine people of Central Kansas! It's looking to be a nice cool day Sunday the 14th. Perfect fighting weather!

We plan to be out there at 2pm. Come on out.

If you've never been out before, now would be the perfect time to come since you would get some personal 1 on 1 training with sword and shield.
