Read to the end for the BEST part of her transformation….⁠

This goddess athlete was stuck in the cycle of doing more and eating less and still gaining weight.⁠

~If you’re anything like I used to be you wait until the last possible second to “diet for summer”.⁣

You HELLA restrict for 1-2 weeks, maybe months.⁣

Cut out as many foods as you can.

Avoiding social gatherings.

Tracking everything you eat.⁣

Using every willpower muscle that you have.⁣

Then you go to your first BBQ and YOLO. You have been restricting carbs for months so you indulge in all of them.⁣

By the end of day event you’re bloated, uncomfortable feeling every emotion, shame, guilt, embarrassment, anxiety, NOT enjoying your yourself.

So you don’t wear the bikini or shorts.⁣

You keep your bathing suit cover up on in every photo. You only wear high waisted… everything.⁣

Fact: 81% of women are unhappy with their body. My guess is you are one of them.⁣..

Fact: 85% of women opt out of important life events because they don’t believe they look good enough to be there!! WTFFFFFF

🚨Women are literally NOT participating in LIFE because they don’t feel good enough!!🚨

Raise your hand if you currently/have ever struggled with disordered eating or eating THOUGHTS *every human 🙋🏼‍♀️*⁣

THIS HAS BECOME THE NORM.⁣

Over 40% of adolescents have disordered eating habits.⁣

Do you really think that number doesn't begin to compound & increase with age?⁣

Disordered eating is thought to affect 50-75% of women.⁣
