The waves crashing today were giving me life๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒž

This week feels like emotional digestion.

Gemini season starts, Mars moves into Ta**us, and thereโ€™s a shift from reaction into regulation. A lot of people may feel mentally overstimulated but emotionally tired underneath it all.

So this Monday Flowstate, we slow down a little. We breathe deeper. We move with more intention.
