For new athletes, the evaluations include meeting with the coaches to discuss the different cheer programs available at RVAS, the athlete's skillset, and explain how our team placement process works!

Our season is almost over which means it's time to start preparing for Season 9! We have several new classes in the Month of May to help your athlete get ready or just to have some fun!

➡️ Jumps and Conditioning - strengthen your body and jumps!
➡️ Flyer and Flexibility - Work on skills for flying as well as flexibility that will also help your jumps! If your athlete is interested in flying but has never flown before, this class is required in order to have an opportunity to fly in the Level Up classes.
➡️ Level Up - Try out the next level of tumbling and stunting! Must have back walkovers to attend this class.
➡️ Cheerleading Basics - Great introduction to Cheer for those new to cheer!
➡️ Baby & Me Tumbling - Bring your toddler and play in our spacious gym!
