The Jordan Alers (1-2) have the first of 5 home games coming up starting this Sunday. Come on out for some good baseball and food at the Jordan Mini Met and cheer us on to victory!

The Jordan Alers defeated Bloomington Crosstown 5-4 tonight at the Mini-met in their home opener. Brad Norton went the distance for the win. The Alers are now 1-0 to start the 2016 season.

ALERS SEASON OPENER THIS FRIDAY
The Jordan Alers will have their home opener this Friday night at the Mini-Met at 8:00 against Bloomington. After finishing with their best record last season, the locals are returning the full squad from 2015. Jordan had a warm up pre-season game last week and defeated a newer and younger Edina team 3-0 at home. Brad Busch hurled the first four innings giving up one hit and Brad Norton finished the last three allowing only 2 hits on four strikeouts. The only offensive action came in the sixth with Bryon Smith reaching first on a hit-by-pitch and taking second on a pass ball. Pat Wollmering walked and Brad Norton doubled in both runners. Norton made it to third on a wild pitch and scored on a pass ball making the score 3-0. Come out this Friday for good baseball, beer and Pekarna’s hambugers.
