This weekend, Emmorton Thunder Gold is proud to join Emmorton Softball and teams from across the area as we come together to Play for a Cure in honor of Maddie. 💚🥎

Softball is more than a game—it’s a community. This weekend, that community is uniting to support a brave young fighter and her family as they continue their battle against liver cancer.

We’re honored to wear these special jerseys and take the field alongside so many athletes, families, coaches, and supporters who are rallying around Maddie. Every pitch, every hit, and every cheer is played with purpose.

Together, we fight. Together, we support. Together, we show Maddie that she’s not fighting alone.

Thunder Gold is just getting started in their travel ball journey, but the friendships, memories, and team bonds already being built are something special. 💛🥎
From long weekends at the ball field to cheering each other on through every inning, these girls are learning that softball is about so much more than the game. It’s about teamwork, trust, laughter, and creating friendships that will last far beyond the season.
