Ladies Barbell Hour is BACK and I am super excited to announce that we start July 2nd for another 8 weeks!

Summer break? No problem! childcare will be included so nothing has to get in the way of YOU and your goals!🌱💪🏻

The price is $60 for all 8 weeks! (If you think about it $7.50 per class is the same as a weekly coffee👀)
