👠 BENEFITS OF HEELS CLASSES —
At Every BODY Fitness, we offer two heels class options — Beginner’s Heels and Advanced Heels. Our Heels classes offer a fun and welcoming way to explore dance without any pressure! Although learning choreography is fun, there are a tremendous amount of physical and mental benefits to a fitness class like this, such as:

💋improves confidence and self-esteem
💋uses both sides of the brain for increased coordination
💋increases core strength
💋provides stress relief and a mood booster
💋creates friendships and community

Beginner’s Heels and Advanced Heels both focus on enjoying movement, expressing yourself, and having a great time in a supportive environment. We also encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, heels aren’t required 😘
