Member Spot light Anna Marie Wilson!! I asked Mrs Anna what made her come to the gym. She said she didn’t like the fact of growing old but she wanted to stay young and work on her body. “Staying in shape keeps me young.” May 20th 2026 she joined the Burn Baby Burn group and has not looked back. She weighed 180 and is now down to 165 in just 4 months. She was struggling with her thyroid and high cholesterol now she went to the dr this week and no longer has high cholesterol and all blood work is normal. Her favorite part of working out is being around these Christian ladies that encourage each other. She said “It is never too late to work on your body….reverse feeling old to feeling young when you exercise. We are so proud of you!!! Keep being awesome and thank you for choosing Flex!!

Member of the month Goes to Sean Littleton!!! Sean works for Pafford 48/96 2 days on and 4 days off and is currently in paramedic school. Sean started at the gym 1/23/26 and he said he wanted to take control of his life. He has lost 50lbs in the last 3 months and said most people are scared and intimidated by a gym. However the community in Flex Fitness Jonesville La is not either of these. Everyone here is welcoming at Flex. 💪🏻 His favorite workout is chest and just hit a new PR of 205 lbs on bench press in January he was at 115 lbs on bench. He has in the last 3 months helping his younger cousin Eli and he is 14 and wanted to give him a shout out for hitting a new PR on bench for 105 lbs. And Sean said Eli has never worked out before in his life. So Sean and Eli congratulations!!! Keep up the awesome work!! Thanks for choosing us as our GYM.
