After winning our last race at McGrewBid Motoplex we discovered that our motor was down on power. We made the decision to pull it and have it freshened up for the last month of the season. We spent the day Friday at 600cc Performance getting it all dialed in after the rebuild. We arrived at Linda's Speedway Friday night and Madillyn Peifer drew a 50 out of 50 making Connor have to work for it. We decided to try a few new things setup wise on the car and see what worked and what didn't. In the heat Connor went 11-7 staring him 14th in the feature. We made a few changes for the feature and Connor was able to go 14-10 in the first 2 laps. Unfortunately those 2 laps were all he got because the clutch gave out ending our night. We'll get it fixed and be back at it again next weekend. Thanks to everyone that helps us make all of this possible! Friday night we raced at McGrewBid Motoplex. Connor drew a 49 which started him 5th in the 1st heat. He went 5-3 putting him in the redraw. For the redraw he drew the 2 starting him on the outside of the front row. He took the green flag, made the pass on the first lap and never looked back! It's nights like these that make all the long nights in the shop and all the dollars spent worth it! Fun fact the right rear tire that we had on the car for Friday night was shot. It's one we had in the trailer in case of emergency. But it's all we had so we put it on and ran it. We would like to thank everyone that believes in Connor and our team and helps, follows or supports us! Our friends, family and sponsors are the ones that make all of this possible! We couldn't do it without you!

Last night was race day at Linda's Speedway. We had to bolt on last years wings due to damage sustained last weekend. Connor timed 7th quick in warm ups and started 3rd in his heat. He went 3 to 2 which landed him in the redraw which landed him a 2nd place starting position for the feature. He fell to 3rd and held it until the track took rubber and tightened the car up considerably. He was running 4th then on the last lap a lap car caught him up and allowed the 5th place car to get around him. We're still pleased with the top 5 and know a few things we need to work on. Thanks to all our great sponsors and everyone that helps make this possible!

Last Saturday we raced Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway. Their format was interesting. Timed hot laps based off of your pill draw. Drivers then got to choose what heat they wanted to be in and where they would start based off of their lap times from fastest to slowest. Heats would be passing points to determine your starting position in the feature. Connor timed 20th out of 46 cars. We opted to start 5th in heat one hoping to gain some valuable passing points. He was able to go 5 to 4 which netted us 84 points. We were 2 spots shy of going directly to the feature. He started on the pole of b main #2 and led the whole race. He rolled off 20th out of 26 in the feature and it was a race of the strongest survive. You'd have thought we were racing for $100,000 with the amount of people out driving their talent. At the end of the night we ended up with a black flag due to 3 incidents of stopping on the track which were all the result of getting caught up in someone else's mess. We ended up with a pretty busted up car and still scored with 16th, so 15 of 26 actually finished the race. That in itself should tell you what kind of race it was! The Tröegs Independent Brewing b**r can patch survived however the rest of the wing did not! Thanks to all of our sponsors and everyone that helps!

It's race day at Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway for their annual Labor Day Shootout. This year they decided to have a winged night so we're trying our luck. Huge shout-out to Kelby Sipe and Sipe's Lawn Care for use of one of his trucks to get us to the track today as well as all of our other sponsors! We have Tröegs Independent Brewing riding along tonight. One of their Graffiti Highway cans gave our car some character in the form of a patch panel on the nose wing. Went to Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway last night with the data and experience we had from last weekend and it seems we're moving in the right direction. Connor went 5 to 4 in his heat getting the last redraw spot. He pulled the 9 pill starting him 9th in the feature. The car was hooked up and he was on point going 9 to 4 in the feature. If there had been just a few more laps I think we'd have had a podium finish. He went for it on a last lap restart but just didn't quite have enough.
