Balasana Yoga Studio

Balasana Yoga Studio Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes. Classes offered on Tuesday morning & Wed 5:30evening Yoga flow with emphasis on proper alignment and breathing.

We do some meditation before class and end with relaxation. Balasana Yoga Studio offers a special experience. Soothing and relaxing with a yoga flow that combines effort with ease. Yoga is recommended to reduce stress and reconnect with the self.
