Today was Amanda's first day coaching, and we couldn't be more excited to have her joining our team!

Amanda brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others improve— we know she's going to be a great addition to our coaching team!

☀️WORKOUT 2: RISING HEAT ☀️

Rising Heat is a race against the clock where efficiency is everything.

Given 3/3/3/4 minute work intervals and a 1 minute rest between rounds, athletes will perform:

RX
• 60 Double Unders (per athlete)
•2 × 40' Handstand Walk
•Max Rep DB Box Step-Ups (50/35s)

•120 Single Unders

CrossFit Kids Week 2 💪

This week we worked on some gymnastics fundamentals! Our younger athletes practiced hanging and building grip strength, while our older kids worked on pull-up progressions. Everyone got after some push-ups and learned that getting stronger can be a lot of fun! 💪🏼
