☀️WORKOUT 2: RISING HEAT ☀️

Rising Heat is a race against the clock where efficiency is everything.

Given 3/3/3/4 minute work intervals and a 1 minute rest between rounds, athletes will perform:

RX
• 60 Double Unders (per athlete)
•2 × 40' Handstand Walk
•Max Rep DB Box Step-Ups (50/35s)

Scaled
•120 Single Unders
•2 × 40' Burpee Broad Jump
•Max Rep DB Box Step-Ups (40/25s)

CrossFit Kids Week 2 💪

This week we worked on some gymnastics fundamentals! Our younger athletes practiced hanging and building grip strength, while our older kids worked on pull-up progressions. Everyone got after some push-ups and learned that getting stronger can be a lot of fun! 💪🏼

What a great start to our CrossFit Kids program! 💪🏼🎉

Today the kids worked on air squats, challenged themselves through an agility course, and finished with a fun relay-style WOD. We loved seeing their energy, effort, teamwork, and willingness to try new things!
