Start 2023 by learning a new skill set to protect yourself and your family!

Womens ONLY Krav Maga Self -Defense course starting January 9th at 6:30-7:30pm. Classes will be one night a week on Monday nights. This will be a 6 Week course covering common attacks on women. You will also learn proper strikes and targets. Some attacks will include but not limited to Chokes, Bearhugs, wrist grabs, ground fighting, knife attacks, carjackings and abductions. You will go through scenarios using these defenses throughout this course!

Full cost for this course is $100. Space is limited so there’s a $20 non-refundable deposit to save your spot. Remainder of cost will be due on the day of class. Please text 870-219-0352 or message on Facebook to get on the list. We accept CashApp, Venmo and PayPal. Cash and checks are also accepted.
