You don’t feel like it? That’s the whole point…do it anyway.

Discipline isn’t pretty. It’s not hype music and highlight reels.
It’s early mornings when your body says no.
It’s pushing when your mind starts negotiating.
It’s choosing pain now so you don’t live with regret later.
