Consistency usually isn’t the problem
 it’s just expecting results too fast.

A lot of people start strong and then feel discouraged when they don’t see big changes in the first couple weeks. But the truth is, real progress takes a little time to show up.

The important part is sticking with it long enough for those changes to happen.

Train with the Trainer outside!

Join in this Saturday March 28th, at Craighead Forest Park. We will meet at the Softball field parking area at 11:00 am.

These workouts are free and do not require a membership nor count against anyone with a membership. Simply join the Trainer on one of his workouts consisting of speed, strength, power, technique, and an overall great time!
