Hope you’re staying cool in this heat! This week’s schedule has a couple of changes - Yoga will be on Wednesday and Sunday instead of Thursday and Sunday. Cardio Tone classes for Monday and Wednesday are canceled.

It’s hard to believe it’s time for school!! Only one change on the schedule - no Cardio Tone Monday night.

Yoga is still off the schedule but hopefully coming back soon. The only other changes Thursday’s 5:45 am Full Body class is Friday morning this week only.
