Do you start your day off right by eating breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It helps:
🔹Kickstart your metabolism so that you burn more calories throughout the day
🔹Increase memory and concentration
🔹Lowers bad cholesterol
🔹Lowers risk for diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight

Many people skip breakfast because they are rushing out the door, not hungry right away, and/or thinks coffee is enough. Be sure to add an extra 5 mins into your morning routine so that you can eat breakfast! The benefits are totally worth it!

My favorite go to breakfast is my protein shake that is loaded with fruits and veggies!
