Day 3 of our 5th-8th grade volleyball camp we worked on our hitting form. Kids had a lot of fun working with the coaches!

Day 2 of camp our 5th through 8th graders focused on setting! Some proper techniques that were taught like soft hands, squaring up to your target and using your legs for power. Great job campers!

Never easy to see a season come to an end but the boys fought until the very last point. Congrats to Plainfield East. All we can do now is keep training and get ready for next year. Thank you to everyone for all your support this season!

Tonight is Senior Night! Come on out and celebrate our four seniors, Hope Daga, Jacob Dixon, Ben Toborg and Jeffery Zadel who will be playing in their last home match at JCA! We can't thank these seniors enough for all of their contributions to the program. Go Hill!
