🏌️ We want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of the long drive contestants, their friends and families who came out to Inwood GC for our 20th Annual Long Drive Competition!

What started as a long drive contest turned into an unforgettable Friday Night Lights event. The energy, competition, laughs and support from the crowd made it a night to remember.

A huge thank you to Kozol Bros. Inc. for sponsoring the event and making the night possible. We also want to recognize our incredible staff for all the hard work that went into making the event a success.

We'll see you in 2027 as we have bigger plans, ideas and technology in the works!

TOMORROW! On July 25, Joliet Police will be debuting a NEW Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics fundraising event called "FORE THE FLAME!" at Inwood Golf Course, in collaboration with the Joliet Park District!

📅Saturday, July 25, 2026
🕙10:00AM - 3:00PM
🚓Participants will purchase 5 specially marked & numbered golf balls; swing & aim for a Joliet Police vehicle parked on the driving range
⛳Golf balls that land in the Joliet Police vehicle will be pulled at the end of the event and placed into a 50/50 raffle drawing bucket
🥇3 winning golf balls will be pulled; 1st draw wins Grand Prize of 50/50 raffle (50/50 proceeds will support Special Olympics Illinois), 2nd draw & 3rd draw win other prizes
💰$20 for 5 golf balls
