Johnstown Strength We strive to bring exceptional fitness to all individuals, regardless of current fitness level!

Formerly CrossFit Johnstown, we offer small group Strength and Conditioning classes lead by an experienced and knowledgeable coach who will help you to feel and perform your best. A cohesive blend of strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning and functional movement mechanics, each class is designed to encourage and challenge you physically and mentally.
