πŸ… INGREDIENTS

2.9 ounce chicken breast fillet (raw)
2 x 1.34oz wholegrain bread slice
1.5 ounce baby spinach leaves
1.1 ounce red onion (sliced)
1.8 ounce tomato (sliced)
1.8 ounce cucumber (sliced)
0.8 ounce packaged basil pesto
0.1 fl.oz vanilla extract (0.5tsp.)

πŸ’ͺ INSTRUCTIONS - 20 Min - Makes 1 serving

1. Begin first by coating the chicken breast with pesto on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked in the middle. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. Place the bread slices on a chopping board.

4. Layer the onion, tomato, spinach, cucumber, and chicken on one slice of bread and place the second slice on top.

5. Cut the sandwich in half

6. Serve.

0.6 ounce kalamata olives (pitted)
1.0 ounce reduced fat feta cheese (cut into cubes)
0.1 fl.oz olive oil (0.5tsp.)
1.0 teaspoon dried oregano
1.0 pinch Himalayan salt & pepper
0.7 fl oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

πŸ’ͺ INSTRUCTIONS - 5 Min - Makes 1 serving

1. Add tuna, olives and feta to a bowl.

2. Toss with olive oil, oregano and lemon juice.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve.

πŸ… INGREDIENTS

1.8 ounce blueberries
1.5 ounce F45 Fuel Vanilla Protein Powder or Vegan alternative
2.9 ounce plain flour
4.3 fl.oz unsweetened almond milk
4.3 fl.oz water
0.2 fl.oz vanilla bean extract
1.0 teaspoon baking soda
1.0 teaspoon cinnamon
1.0 pinch Himalayan salt
0.3 fl.oz olive oil (1.5 tsp)
2.9 ounce unsweetened coconut yogurt
1.1 ounce almond (chopped)
1.5 ounce blueberries

πŸ’ͺ INSTRUCTIONS - 30 Min - Makes 2 servings

1. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

2. Mix in the blueberries, vanilla extract, water and almond milk and mix to combine.

3. Heat half the olive oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the pancake mixture into the fry pan. Cook the pancake until bubbles begin to appear and then flip the pancake over to cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

4. Continue this process with the remaining olive oil until 4 pancakes are cooked.

5. Serve pancakes with the coconut yogurt, almonds and fresh blueberries on top.

πŸ… INGREDIENTS

21 ounce squash (raw, chopped)
14 ounce broccoli (raw, chopped)
3.6 ounce cucumber (sliced into rounds)
2.2 ounce cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
2.9 ounce goat cheese
0.4 fl.oz olive oil (2 tsp)
1.0 garlic clove (minced)
2.0 tsp olive oil (dressing)
0.4 fl.oz brown balsamic vinegar (dressing)
0.2 ounce whole grain mustard (dressing)
0.2 ounce dried rosemary
1.0 Pinch Himalayan salt

πŸ’ͺ INSTRUCTIONS - 40 Min - Makes 2 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the squash on the tray.

2. Combine the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, brush the squash with half the amount of olive oil. Season with Himalayan salt and rosemary.

3. Bake the squash in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the squash from the oven and add broccoli onto the tray. Using the pastry brush, brush the broccoli with the remaining olive oil and garlic mix. Place the broccoli and squash back in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes. Once cooked remove from the oven and set aside.

4. In a bowl, add the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, squash, broccoli, and goat cheese.

5. In a separate small bowl combine the olive oil, wholegrain mustard, and balsamic vinegar

6. Drizzle the dressing over the top.

7. Serve.
