Top Outfitters Army Surplus & More Top Outfitters Army Surplus and More started doing business in 1995. Our first location was a 1000 sq. ft. building near our current location on Rte 37. of space.

Top Outfitters Army Surplus & More is an Army Surplus store that specializes in genuine military surplus, paintball, airsoft, outdoor, hunting gear, knives and collectibles. Initially our store only offered genuine military surplus. Soon after opening we expanded our inventory to include Carhartt bib overalls. As our business grew we later added paintball guns and supplies, becoming the first stor

e in Southern Illinois to offer the next generation of paintball equipment. By 1998 we had outgrown the building we were in and moved into a building next door with over 2500 sq. In our new location we expanded our inventory to include camouflage netting, canvas tarps, quality knives, flags, hat pins, duty gear, military patches, and insignia and also started carrying new military clothing as well as surplus. In the past five years the quantity of military surplus has declined, but we remain committed to offering our customers a great selection of new and used merchandise. Another commitment we have made to our customers includes choosing quality American made products instead of cheap foreign imports. Here is a list of some of our U.S.A. made products

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 27th is going to be a rare snow day for Top Outfitters. My side road just got plowed at 8pm. It will take me a few hours tomorrow just to get out, then shopping, etc. I will be back to normal hours on Wednesday the 28th. My lot is plowed so if you need something, or just want to get out of the house, we will be back to normal hours by Wednesday this week at 9am.

Are you ready for the unpredictable? Looks like if we get any bad weather, it will be snow. I have plenty of Meals Ready to Eat. That bad ice storm was just last year, so stock up while you can. Studies have determined that Fall is now the most favorite season of the year, eclipsing Spring and Summer. The cool temperatures, the Autumn colors in the Oak and Hickory trees, and of course, the holidays and visiting family.

We are still a good place to stop and shop with the kiddos. Besides all of the cool old military stuff and collectibles, we sell Atwood Rope, made in Ohio. I have a range of sizes: 3/16 in, 1/4 in, 3/8 in, and 5/8 in. We also sell their Arbor Line in two sizes. Optimum for tree trimmers and bucket trucks, the 5/8 in rope is braided polyester and has a tensile strength of over 10,000 lbs. We also stock a 1/2 in Arbor Line that is a favorite among the climbers.

I have good stock on Ammo Cans. We have 30's, 50's and 20MM in stock. These are great for air-tight, waterproof storage for hole punchers, tools, welding rods, and anything that needs protection from moisture.

Stop in and see us. We are here 9-5 Tuesday through Saturday.

I don't stock flimsy costumes. I do have unique items to give your Halloween a kick. We stock camo netting, so you can hide your moonshine from the inlaws. We have real uniforms in all flavors and most sizes. Boots, accessories, pouches and bags for cosplay, we have many unique items to finish your look. Even if you have to drag your dead leg, all the way here, we are open 9-5 Tues.-Sat. at the corner of Rte 37 and Stotlar Rd, 3.5 miles North of Marion.
