They took our logo and turned it into a window decal that looks even better than we imagined. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Congratulations to Stephanie Dickson for winning our "What's In Your Car?" Challenge People's Choice Award! 🎉

For those who missed it, members had just 3 minutes to sprint to their vehicles and return with the most unique, unusual, or unexpected item they could find. No warning. No preparation. Just pure creativity and whatever happened to be riding around in their cars! 😂

Our gym members recently took part in a surprise "What's In Your Car?" Challenge!

Without any advance warning, participants were given just 3 minutes to race to their vehicle and return with the most unique, unusual, or unexpected item they could find. The results were creative, hilarious, and in some cases downright questionable! 😂

We wrapped up our January Stay Engaged Bingo Challenge at Harvest Fitness, and it was a blast seeing our members stay active and committed — even outside of normal class time!
This challenge was designed to encourage simple, consistent movement during a busy time of year. Members worked to complete squares filled with activities like mobility work, outdoor movement, hydration goals, recovery work, and quick fitness tasks that support long-term health and performance. The goal wasn’t perfection… it was consistency and building habits that last.
We had several members complete Bingo lines and earn multiple entries, and we’re proud of everyone who participated and stayed disciplined throughout the challenge.
🎉 Congratulations to our challenge winner, Clint Floyd, who was drawn to receive a $50 gift certificate to the business of his choice!
At Harvest Fitness, we believe fitness happens both inside AND outside the gym. Challenges like this help build sustainable habits, accountability, and community support — which is what truly creates long-term success.

Some mornings just hit different.
This was the view outside the gym this morning — quiet streets, lights still on, and a sky that looked like it knew something special was about to happen.

Moments like this are a good reminder: showing up early, putting in the work, and starting the day with intention is always worth it. Grateful for this place, our gym community, and mornings that stop you in your tracks for a second before the grind begins. 🌅💪
