Excellent seminar with my jiu jitsu instructor Dan Covel. Our program is an affiliate school under him and it's always a great and humbling experience to roll with him. Also nice catching up with my friend Chris Torres hosting the seminar at his gym ReAction combat sports another dan covel affiliate academy. Check them out if you are in Syracuse or stop into Dans home base in Manhattan you won't regret it.

Hey Scare squad we're gonna be flying the murder of crows to Syracuse in the battle van for a seminar with my Jiujitsu Professor Dan Covel soon don't miss it! Always look forward to learning from and rolling with dan. I love his relentless style of jiu jitsu it's a path of increasingly terrible things that lead to arms being dismembered. See you there!
