Ever wonder what food to bring backpacking?? These are some of our favorites! Always think about protein, you burn a lot of calories hiking so food intake is necessary! And lots of water!! are great for getting you going in the morning! is a great energy source while on the trails! is a great source of protein when you are hungry at any point! And are awesome for dinner once you get to your destination! are just a good treat after a long day! All of these are also lightweight and easy to carry in a pack!
