Ready for giggles and wiggles?
Kids’ Yoga is coming this July!
Our Kids’ Yoga class offers a calm, supportive space for children to move, breathe, and build lifelong tools for emotional regulation and mindfulness.
This 45-minute class blends gentle structure with age-appropriate fun, helping kids feel grounded, confident, and connected to their bodies. Through mindful movement, simple breathing exercises, and guided relaxation, students will practice noticing their emotions, calming their nervous systems, and focusing in a way that feels accessible and engaging.
Classes are designed for ages 6 and older and will meet every Thursday in July at 10:30am.
This is a drop-off class. Yoga mats are welcome but not required. Parents are welcome to relax in the lobby or step out to explore nearby shops or coffee spots while their child is in class.
Classes can be purchased individually, or as part of our Spring 2026 package for a discounted price. Purchasing for more than one child? Reach out to us for an additional sibling discount.
To help create a calm, supportive environment for everyone, we ask that children attending Kids’ Yoga are able to participate in a group setting with gentle guidance. This includes following basic instructions, using quiet voices, and treating the teacher, space, and other students with kindness and respect.
