Was part of a really good training yesterday hosted by Nelson Nathaniel Sensei of Austin and instructed by Ramon Veras Sensei of Houston.
A great new Dojo and a good sweat!
Seiwakai of Texas represented by Sam Parsons Sensei, Alfred Molina Sensei, and myself. Nice to be group training again with good karateka.

Ramping back up with our in-person instruction after the long Covid interval.
Still mindful and keeping class size small and ventilation good.

We are open and in-person! Instructors have been vaccinated against Covid and we train with bay doors open and fans blowing out.
We do, however, purposefully limit class sizes. Quality over quantity! Well-being over profits!
