Okay guys, you are looking at the new home of the D-Evil fight team. That’s right, May 1st we will be opening up with Evolution sports gym in Elizabethton at what is now known as the East Tennessee Sports Complex. All original classes will be restored with bigger, better equipment and the same great coaching staff! This will offer all of the MMA lovers a membership to a training facility as well as a fully equipped gym among other opportunities as well. We would like to ask your input as to what other types of classes you would like to see out of the D-Evil crew: Beginners MMA, womens jiu jitsu, how bout a self defense class? The possibilities are endless and we hope to see our old gym family May 1st along with a crew of new faces! Evolution Sports Gym will be offering other disciplines as well! Just letting the public know that Precision MMA is no longer at the same downtown location. As of right now classes are not scheduled but please keep a watch on Facebook as we have a tremendous change in our, hopefully near, future. Its been a great couple of years in Johnson City and we want to thank each and everyone of you who have came out to train with us.

Due to the weather the 8am grappling class is canceled for tomorrow.

Due to my work schedule being changed to dayshift this week there will be no morning grappling classes.

The Tuesday morning grappling class is changed to Monday this week.

We will be starting morning grappling classes at 8am two days a week starting Thursday morning 1/16/14. These will be on Tuesday and Thursday at first and can be adjusted if needed. They will consist of all aspects of grappling from standing to the ground, with wrestling and Judo as well as jui-jitsu. Open to everyone with just a $10 mat fee for non gym members.

Don't forget starting this Saturday at 9:30 am Danielle Saylor and Hope Halava will be teaching a women's cardio kickboxing class. The cost for this Saturday class is $5 per class or $15 per month. This would a great way to get a start on those New Year's resolutions.
