We are a few days away from our VIRTUAL 5K!

If you are interested in running and/or donating to a good cause, there is still time to register on our website! Registration will remain open until April 19!

Check out this website or you can download it as an app to your smart phone! Create an account and register with our Apothecary Dash Virtual 5K challenge. It will track your miles and your time (simply start/stop your run) or if you prefer to use your own tracking device, you can connect to endomondo to report your results! A google search of endomondo and your tracking device will inform you of all you need to know.

We highly encourage you to share your 5K participation on April 19! Post your pictures! Get outside, have fun and enjoy the fresh air! We can’t wait to virtually race with you!

Hi everyone, just wanted to send a reminder that the race is tomorrow! Hopefully this rain can pass through, but we look forward to seeing everyone come out because we are running rain or shine. If you haven’t signed up yet, we can’t guarantee a shirt but we have quite a few smalls, mediums, with a couple of larges and 2XL’s. Thanks to everyone that has signed up.

Registration/ Packet pick up will start at 1:15pm on the back side of Gatton College of Pharmacy, Maple Ave, Johnson City, TN 37604.

All participants will receive a finishers medal. The top 3 males and the top 3 female finishers will also receive a placement medal.
