Only two days away!! Here is another peek at the scoring system for this event. It is designed to function like a normal grappling tournament while encouraging competitors to work for submissions.

New Dimension Grappling awards 2 points for a guard pass. Passing from the front of the turtle position to the rear also awards 2 points.

Remember that optional "night before" weigh-ins for this weekend's event will take place at 4pm Friday at Holy Taco Cantina. Everyone come out and enjoy a great meal, and get a good night's rest at Holiday Inn under the "New Dimension Grappling $80 special".

The official itenerary for the day of the event is as follows:
8:00 am - morning weigh-ins (Carver Rec)
9:30 am - rules meeting
10:00 am - Superfight bouts begin
10:45 am - no gi divisions begin
(Mats 1 & 2 - beginner, Mats 3 & 4 - adv)
12:45 pm - gi divisions begin
