A PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY UPLIFTING 60 MINUTE TOTAL BODY DANCE FITNESS PROGRAM FOR EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO DANCE THEIR WAY TO BETTER HEALTH AND FITNESS. Each 60 - minute class adapts music from all genres to carefully choreographed routines that work specific areas of the body, from heart pumping cardiovascular to muscle strengthening and toning, and stretching.

Tell the instructor and, if she is able to find it, she will choreograph a routine to it and decide how it might fit appropriately in a class session. Modifications, as necessary, are demonstrated for each routine so that, no matter your level of fitness, one can enjoy and benefit from every class. No need to feel shy!
