Progress at Misfits Fitness does not always show up on a scale first. Here are 4 signs things are actually moving in the right direction. 1. Classes feel less foreign. The movements that confused you in week one start to click. You stop watching everyone else and start trusting your own rhythm. 2. Rest days feel earned. Early on, rest days can feel like guilt. A few weeks in, they feel like something your body actually asked for. 3. You stop dreading the door. The walk from the parking lot used to take more mental energy than the workout. At some point that flips. 4. You start noticing what your body can do. Not just how it looks. Burpees that wrecked you in month one become something you pace through. Pull-up progressions start to feel possible. None of these show up on a progress photo. All of them mean something real is happening. If you are still in the early weeks, give it a little more time. The signals come.

The first few sessions are the hardest ones to get through. Not because the training is impossible, but because everything is still unfamiliar. By the end of month one, something shifts.
