The Southern Tier has truly been the home of champions in 2024 & 2025. Wanted to take a moment to look back at the last year, and some of the incredible championship runs I have been able to be a part of in coverage.

From the historic runs of Cornell University Lacrosse and its first National Championship in 48 years... to the Binghamton City School District Patriots winning a New York State title for the first time since 1986, and on its home court... to the Binghamton Black Bears going back-to-back for a second FPHL Commissioner's Cup... and a couple of Binghamton Bearcats conference championships along the way!
