Continue your cardiac rehabilitation journey with our Cardiac Wellness Group. 💙

This supervised, progressive exercise program is designed for those who have completed rehabilitation or are not eligible for a monitored program through their insurance company.

Program details:
- Dates: July 6–August 28
- Mondays & Fridays, 7:30–8:30 p.m.
- Fitness Floor with Trainer Joshua S.
- Small group, twice a week for 8 weeks
- $299 per person
- Assessment included

Please note: Doctor’s consent is required

Registration must be completed by June 29 so your included wellness assessment can be performed

Join us for Father & Sun ZUMBA® with Sandy on June 21 at 11 a.m. in Studio 1 as we celebrate the summer solstice and all the amazing dads and father figures out there. Get ready to trade the grill tongs for hip shakes, good vibes, and a whole lot of fun.

Whether you move like a gazelle or a lawn chair, this class is for everyone. Come dressed to impress in your best “World’s Greatest Dad” look, high socks, ties, cargo shorts, New Balance sneakers, and all the dad-core energy you can bring.
