Steven Bell is the Tournament Affairs Coordinator for the Dudes of Hazards. He joined the club in early 2023 and has been an integral part of the clubs culture and operational success. Steven works in the pro shop out at Crockett Ridge Golf Course and has used a lot of his knowledge he’s gained from working there to help better the club. he helps with determining formats, rules, parings, and day of event management. You will always find Steven with a smile on his face and making everyone that attends the events feel welcome and included. He recently graduated from Oklahoma State University before moving here to Tennessee. Even though he’s one of our younger members, people of all ages, love playing with him because of his charismatic personality.

Like many of our club members he is a pretty solid golfer, but way better person. Steven has been a big help in preparing for our event and even managing one of our sales accounts. He is a frequent attendee of our events, whether it be golf or social. if you see that you were getting paired up with Steven just prepare yourself for a good time as that’s his main reason for being out there!”

“For myself, the Dudes of Hazards was initially a way for me to make some friends with guys after college who all shared on common interest, the game of golf. After joining I’ve realized that it has provided much more than I expected. I’ve got friends who I consider family now, I’ve been on trips I could only imagine of before joining, and also had the opportunity to meet other people with passions outside of the game. Stepping into a support team role has really helped me gain some experience for my own personal career in the Golf Industry, while also being able to help the club on a regular basis with tournaments & merchandise that we create. Overall it’s been nothing but a positive experience and I love seeing how it’s continuing to provide a chance for everyone to have a bond with each other and also let fellas release some steam from every day life.”
