5:00 AM • 6:15 AM • 7:30 AM • 8:45 AM • 12:00 PM • 4:30 PM • 6:00 PM

✨ All ISI members are welcome to join us.
✨ Non-members and community members are welcome to work out with us FREE that day.
✨ We’ll also have a late breakfast provided and an opportunity to donate directly in support of the Kiss family.
