River House Farms River House Farms is a private horse farm located on Johns Island focused on hunter/jumpers. We welcome all English disciplines as well as retirees.

[email protected]. River House Farms is a private, boutique horse farm located about 5 miles from Mullet Hall on rural Johns Island. Featuring a Morton barn with seven 12’x14’ matted stalls, hot/cold wash rack, heated and cooled rider’s tack room & lounge and a 160’x230’ riding arena with a full course of jumps. Thoughtfully laid out, River House Farms is a little slice of horsey Heaven right here on Johns Island. This facility caters to hunter/jumpers with a personal interest in bringing along and developing young hunters. We will feature a handful of sale horses throughout the year that have been brought along slowly and correctly with the junior or amateur rider in mind.
