Our highly addictive classes are both mentally and physically challenging, in the most exciting and fulfilling way. Absolutely no dance experience is needed.

Elevate’s invigorating Barre and TRX classes deliver a unique blend of cardio, strength training, and stretching that will increase flexibility and effectively tone, strengthen, and sculpt the entire body in one hour. Clients of any fitness level can participate and benefit from this highly-effective, low-impact, fat burning workout. We are so excited to bring Elevate to the Johns Creek Community and to help our clients reach their fitness goals!
