2022 COACHING INTRODUCTIONS!!

ASSISTANT COACH PATRICK

Coach Patrick has been swimming since the age of 10 and joined his first year round time soon after that. Although he does not swim competitively anymore, Patrick was one of the team captains for Johns Creek High School's swim team. After 8 years of swimming, Patrick will wrap up his swim career with one last season with the CCOS Sharks. He will be returning to coach this summer after his first semester at The University of Massachusetts Amherst. He looks forward to fun practices and exciting meets.

Come join us this Saturday from 9-10am for relays at the last clinic of the season! If you have been watching the Olympics, you've seen how exciting it is to see the relay events - Katie Ledecky was amazing last night!

Swimmers are going to work on explosive starts, powerful finishes, and relay race strategies for freestyle and medley relays (such as improving relay starts and timing, and for younger swimmers the order of the medley relay).

Registration is online and it is $15 per swimmer for the one hour clinic:

Butterfly stroke clinic (free/back for 6&unders) this Thursday! If your swimmer is moving from 6 & unders to 7&8s next summer, butterfly & breaststroke clinics are a good place to start-they swim those strokes next season.
