Congratulations Shirley- our resident powerhouse!
Shirley joined us last fall. Today, she reached an absolutely massive milestone: her 100th training session here at Starting Strength Atlanta!
If you thought she was inspiring before, just look at her track record now. Shirley has not missed a single scheduled workout. At 80, she is still showing up, putting in the work, and deadlifting a mind-blowing 150 pounds!
Shirley is the ultimate proof that strength has no expiration date. She’s what we all aspire to be- dedicated, resilient, & completely unstoppable.
