SRPING 2026 Trail Ride – Know Before You Go! 🐴

Counting down the days! Here is some important info:

📍 Arrivals: Early birds welcome Thursday (4/30) after 2 PM. There is no formal check-in on Thursday. We will come around to your trailer. Please park tightly to help us accommodate everyone.
📋 Formal Check-in: Starts Friday (5/1) @ 10 AM.
🗒️ Coggins: Bring a current copy if you haven’t emailed yours yet.
🪵 Corrals: $10/horse per night. Limited availability, First-come, first-served!
📱 Pro Tip: Save the Trail Ride Guidelines (posted below) to your phone or print off and tuck a copy in your saddlebag.

Trail Ride Reminders:
* Early arrivals welcome on Thursday, September 18th AFTER 2pm There is no formal check-in. We will come around to your trailer and check you in on site. Be mindful to setup as uniformly as possible so there is space to accommodate all trailers.
* Formal check-in begins Friday, September 19th @ 10am
* If you have not submitted your coggins, bring a copy with you. All coggins must be current.
* Read the Trail Ride Guidelines / handout posted below. Save them to your phone or print out a copy to put in your saddlebags. ⬇️
* There are a limited number of corrals available on a first come/first serve basis. Corrals are $10 per horse/per night.

Don't miss this chance to get professional photos of you and your horse enjoying the ride. Pro Photo VA will be out on the trail, so be sure to keep an eye out and get ready to strike a pose!

Photos from the ride will be available for purchase on the Pro Photo VA website in the days following the trail ride.
