Our childrens class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, our adult class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:30 PM. Classes focus on Olympic Judo with traditional techniques. We also compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments and we are Affiliated with Gracie Barra under Joe Hurst. Our students also attend and compete in USA Wrestling as Judo meshes w/ any grappling art. All s

tudents will learn realistic self defense incorporating take downs and submissions. Judo/BJJ focuses on using an opponents energy and strength against them.
