Don't Be One of Them

They want you to get tired and lose interest.
They want you to go back to sleep.
They want you to give up on your dreams.
They want you fat.
They want you poor.
They want you sick.
They want you angry at your fellow citizen.
They want you to quietly float along blindly consuming.
They want you as a lifetime mega-customer for their systems.
They let you have just enough of the crumbs to make you think it’s freedom.
It's not.
It never has been.
You just never realized it.
That's the truth.
Why?
Because at times like these...

Calley Means is correct. RFK is correct.

We are under attack in the most sinister way.

Read the studies - the real ones. From people who are vilified by big food & big pharma & big government. Because they’re the ones telling the truth. Not Fauci. Not that man pretending to be a woman who is head of the Health department (gtfoh). 🤦🏻‍♀️
Not the FDA. Not the NIH. Not the WHO. None of them.

Do I sound a bit crazy? Don’t mistake my passion for lunacy. I care very deeply about my friends & family & this s**t has to stop.

Should be an extra interesting one since I’ll be riding hundreds of miles the 2nd week of it!!!

What is Burptember? 5 burpees x the date for each day. So the 1st is only 5. But as the month goes on - each day is X5 (and the 18th is a double up so you have to do 18X 5 twice)
And lemme tell you from experience- if you get behind, it’s is a BITCH to catch back up. How do I know? 🤣 experience 😬 I have literally done 500 in a single day. No. Bueno. ☠️
I have never prepped before bc I hate burpees & avoid them at all costs. So the entire month is a sufferfest.
Maybe I’ll prep this time. Maybe. 🤔

Lifting before a swim is definitely a challenge. But when that’s the time you can make happen, you just do it.
I am weirdly looking forward to getting into the water right now.
That’s a good sign. Being comfortable in the water is one of my biggest struggles. But it’s like anything else - the more time you put in, the more comfortable you become.
That’s the goal - become so comfortable in the water - THEN find the next gear.

On those days when you REALLY don’t wanna do it - do it anyways.
Everyone has days, weeks, months that they don’t want to show up & work. Some people it’s their entire life.

Unless you can take control & do it anyway, you won’t see progress.

I KNOW if I don’t show up for the work, I’m gonna feel like extra s**t. And have regret. And regret is a bad place to live.
I’ll take a difficult workout over regret any day of the week.

If you train on Zwift - Mt. Fuji is a bitch. And probably the stupidest choice for me to choose just getting back post race.
I’m fired - again - for choosing our route.
And I’m gonna go lay down & die now.
