We have switched gears and decided to have a knockout tournament on Saturday of Farmers Day on the new outdoor court. Winners of each division will receive a gift card from Joe's Pizza! Jesup Farmers Day is excited to announce that this year we will be having a 3 on 3 basketball tournament if there is enough interest. Court lines are done. And we finished up the rough grading and seeding.

Work continues! New concrete ramp with an area for a future bike rack. And the sidewalk on the west side has been reconnected to the street. The concrete was just poured this morning and needs a little more time to cure properly. Work will resume next week to finish grading and seeding the remaining areas. If the weather holds out, we should be able to get the court lines painted next week. Fingers crossed!

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are replacing the curb and gutter in front of the courts and making a concrete ramp up to the court for easy access. You can still play on the courts just be mindful of the construction and the new grass.

We love seeing all the activity on the basketball court. We are asking for a favor. The city just planted grass seed around the court. We are asking as you enter or exit the court, please use the designated gravel walkway instead of walking through the mud/grass until the seed can take root.
We understand the ball has a mind of its own, so there may be times that it needs to be retrieved. We are just asking for some cooperation from the public to help speed the process up and eliminate some of the mud.
Parents, if you would share this with your children that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
