Tomorrow is day one of our middle school training sessions with Lu! He will be rocking from 3:00-4:00 and would happily take more on! These sessions are geared towards athletic performance, strength, stability, and preventative maintenance!

Lu is back for the summer, and we are excited to partner with Ace Mobility for our youth athletic training!

Starting next week, we will be offering small group athletic training sessions from 3:00-4:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at JerseyFit. Lu is also finishing up some incredible work at NIU and will offer mental performance training on top of the sessions if your athlete is interested!

If you’re interested in one on one personal training or any specific athletic training, Lu is your man! Reach out to us to get signed up.

You asked, we listened! Starting in June - Meghan’s classes are expanding to the weekdays. If you sign up for her Saturdays class ( any of the three offered ), you automatically get the new weekday option included. If you are just dropping in, it’s $10.

This class will run on Wednesdays at 5:00! Our first one will be next week, June 3rd! If you want to sign up for June, come see us this Saturday for an awesome line up of classes and cement your spot. $50 for the month will get you all of her Saturday classes and the option to join us for a weekday session on Wednesdays. If you’ve never been to one of Meghan’s classes, you’re absolutely missing out! You won’t find another trainer like her.

8:00 HIIT style circuit class
9:00 Weight training for women
10:00 HITT class geared towards newer people!
