🔥Describe the vibe of your classes in a few words
Energetic, girl power, a little sweet a little sour…I will make you go full out til the very last rep but I will do it with love

🔥How do you motivate your community to find their strength?
We are stronger than we think! I say this on probably every class I teach. When you feel like you can’t it’s your brain giving up, not your body. Fight that thought and rely on muscle memory to get you through. Because I promise, you can!

🔥Favorite class to teach?
DANCE!

🔥What’s a personal achievement that made you feel unstoppable?
Coming back to fitness instruction! I took a long break before coming to teach at Jane. I needed to re fall in love with movement and re frame my idea of movement for myself after moving away from professional dancing. Now I’m back and it feels like I never left. I know when I put on the mic and start warm up I’m doing exactly what I’m supposed to do.

👑What does confidence look like for you?
Confidence, to me, looks like self-love, being unapologetically yourself, letting go of what others think, chasing your dreams, and choosing to face your fears head-on!

👑What’s a “non-negotiable” in your life right now?
My non-negotiable right now (and always) is quality time with my husband, our dog, and our family & friends 🤍 Life gets busy fast, so slowing down and being present with the people I love matters most.

👑What would you tell a Jane who’s nervous to walk through the doors for the first time?
Absolutely do it! I walked in to Jane Do at a time I was juggling full-time work and law school at night. I wasn’t taking care of myself physically or mentally. Now, over two years later, I’m stronger, healthier, happier, and part of a community I love!
