Steve specializes in fishing for big striped bass in the Hudson River around NYC, lower NY Harbor, East River, Raritan Bay and off the coast of NY and NJ. Steve has is USCG licensed captain and has fished the waters of NY and NJ for 25+ years. The Rachel Rose is a Parker 2520XL with a huge cockpit perfect for all kinds of fishing.
