I'm so grateful for your support over the past (gulp) decade and look forward to meeting some new faces this year!

Feeling much stronger and am excited to teach tonight (7pm) and again Saturday 1/28 (11am).

Assuming all goes well and feels right, we'll resume normal schedule starting Monday 1/30, but please keep an eye out here and in Mindbody for any cancellations as I ease my way back into teaching and continue to regain my stamina.

Looking forward to seeing you soon and thank you again for your patience and support these past few weeks. What a ridiculous ride!

Back home and healing, fam. I have a lot of strength and stamina to rebuild after 3+ weeks of illness and a 4-night stay in the hospital.

As of now, I plan to resume our schedule starting the week of 1/30. I appreciate your support and patience as I navigate my way back to normalcy and look forward to dancing with you again soon!

➡️Tuesday 7pm @ Base Gym - members only
➡️Wednesday 7pm @ Grassroots Grassroots Community Space]
➡️Saturday 11am @ Grassroots Grassroots Community Space]

Please note that after this week (6/27) I will no longer be teaching on Tuesday at Grassroots. That class has now moved to Wednesday.

WE BACK! or, at least, the countdown to being back has begun! Lace up those dancing shoes for Tuesday, June 14th at 7pm. Hipfit will be back in full swing (Tuesday 7pm, Saturday 11am) with some new routines and and some fresh enthusiasm! I've missed you and can't wait to hang with you again soon!
